Jessica Kennedy has a BSc in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta majoring in Textiles, Clothing & Culture. She started at Nokomis a few months after it opened in September 2002, while she was still in university. Five years later she was finally able to call Nokomis her own. When not toiling over her labour of love, she enjoys the occasional dance party, bike rides, A&E Intervention and wheat/soy/dairy free donuts. Ginger the Cat graces the store with her presence once a week.
